00:03 And this is a program I just don't want to see end 00:05 but it's come to an end. 00:07 But I want to take this time and reiterate and strengthen 00:09 your passion for missions. 00:11 Yes. 00:12 Pete, I'll start with you as a builder 00:14 and as a person that saw that great water miracle. 00:16 Oh, you were there. 00:17 How do you look at the future with Maranatha? 00:19 Well, I'm very excited about the future of Maranatha. 00:22 We are just next year going into two new countries. 00:26 We're going into Peru 00:28 and we're going into Cote d'Ivoire. 00:30 I was lucky enough to be on the first 00:32 Maranatha trip to Kenya 00:34 when we started there a few years ago. 00:36 And now I'll be on the first trip to Cote d'Ivoire, 00:38 with volunteers. 00:40 So I'm very excited about all of that. 00:43 I love lead, taking a group of people into places like that 00:47 and put those buildings up. 00:49 Well, thank you for coming, Don and Laura, tell us about 00:53 what we could look forward to in the future with Maranatha? 00:56 More exciting mission trips. That's right. 00:58 It's all good 01:00 because if you make yourself available to God, 01:03 He will use you. 01:06 And it'll change you. 01:07 And like, Pete was just saying, 01:09 Peru is very popular with volunteers. 01:12 In fact, we're actually full for the first 01:14 quite a few months of our involvement in Peru 01:16 but there's gonna be more opportunities. 01:18 They've asked for 1000 projects so we'll see. 01:22 But the work is growing great there. 01:24 It's an easy place to get to. 01:26 It's safe. 01:27 It's wonderful for volunteers, beautiful places to visit. 01:31 So Peru is one of the places that's gonna be exciting, 01:34 along with the places in Africa 01:36 and it's all good, get involved. 01:39 By God's grace, we will join you and Laura 01:41 and hopefully Pete on the next time 01:43 we go to Maranatha. 01:44 But we want to encourage you, Maranatha, Jesus is coming. 01:47 Whatever you can do to expand this ministry 01:49 and expand the kingdom of God 01:51 will be a tremendous blessing on behalf of 3ABN. 01:53 May God bless you 01:54 and have a special day in Christ. |
