00:01 Man, in the last little bit of time
00:04 that we have left is share with me 00:06 a little about the operation side of things with the VIA? 00:10 It's amazing what God can do 00:11 and what God has done through Cliff and Val Morgan, 00:14 the founders of VIA. 00:16 We just have a small committee of about six people, 00:20 who do all the work behind the scenes. 00:22 They're all volunteers, including myself, 00:24 none of us get paid. 00:26 And most of the money that comes in through 00:30 stipends or through donations 00:32 goes to the VIAs themselves, 00:34 a little bit we keep back for some resources. 00:38 And then the money for roofing iron 00:39 is a separate fund. 00:41 But, so there's only a very small organization behind it. 00:44 Yes, six people? 00:46 Yeah, and we're all volunteering. 00:48 So it is amazing what God has done, 00:50 and I just praise Him for that 00:53 because it is doing such a great work 00:56 in the South Pacific Islands. 00:59 And we send out materials wherever we can, 01:02 that cost money too, so it's little bit kept back. 01:04 But at aside, it only costs about $1000, 01:08 $1100 per year, 01:11 for a person to sponsor 01:13 and about $500 US for a roof that's out there. 01:17 So it's quite reasonable, really, and... 01:21 Very much. 01:22 I would hope that 01:23 people listening to this program today, 01:25 they may be some 01:26 who would be willing to know 01:28 that they are supporting a volunteer 01:31 who's giving up his life for this ministry, 01:33 who will probably baptize on an average 01:35 of 10 to 12 people every year, who will raise up churches. 01:40 And I can do that simply by supporting a volunteer. 01:44 And they will get pictures and stories themselves 01:46 personally sent to them from this volunteer. 01:49 So I hope there'll be some 01:51 who will be willing to help in this important ministry. 01:53 You'll share the progress reports. 01:54 Well, thank you so much.
