00:01 It's an understatement to say that we have experienced a
00:03 blessing here today with Gideon Rescue Co. Thank you, guys, so 00:06 much for coming out. And I think Dana, you have some final 00:09 thoughts for us here. 00:11 Yeah, I just wanted to reiterate just using what God puts on your 00:14 heart to do. One of the volunteers that we were 00:17 connected with there, her and her father were both out working 00:20 you know, tarping homes and cutting down trees and when she 00:24 went back during Christmas it was on her heart to fill up 00:27 school bags for kids that had lost everything that were 00:29 needing to go back to school after this trauma and 00:31 devastation. And so she started with five backpacks filling 00:35 those and she told her friends about it and her friends were 00:37 like this is great, we want to help too. And then they're like 00:39 you need to put this on social media. And so she did and 00:42 organizations saw this and it just multiplied and so right 00:46 after Christmas, we went back together, well I met up with her 00:50 and her father there and we went to neighborhoods that we'd 00:53 already been to and distributed things and we're distributing 00:56 elementary, middle school, high school and in those are the 01:01 Guideposts magazine also and My Bible Friends and we're 01:03 praying with these families and all the rest of them were able 01:06 to donate to the school district to give out. So again it's just 01:10 another touch but it was what God put on her heart and in her 01:12 eyesight, these kids need this. And so whatever God puts on your 01:17 heart to do, you can do any follow-up. You can continue 01:20 in your own local community or in disaster zones. 01:25 Don't be intimidated by the images that we just showed you 01:28 of the helicopters and all those crazy stories because that had 01:32 nothing to do with us, right? I mean that's God organizing all 01:35 of that. But you can do stuff in the simplest form. Like you can 01:39 help. If you can pray with someone you are a Gideon Rescue 01:44 team member indeed. 01:46 That's right. You know what, forget Superman, forget Batman, 01:49 forget Spiderman, all the fairy tale superheroes. These are the 01:52 superheroes right here.
